NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 2, 2012 and by further order of this Court, entered in Case No. 10-CA-059287 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein STEVEN ANHALT; FISKE & COMPANY PENSION PLAN, AS ASSIGNESS OF CITY FIRST MORTGAGE CORP., are the Plaintiffs and ANTHONY R. GARGUILO, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 9 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 20, Unit 4, section 12, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 226 of the public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
