ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-84 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-84, is the Plaintiff and KARELENE A SHERLOCK, Christopher P. Sherlock, JANE DOE a/k/a WENDA FLAGG, JOHN DOE a/k/a ISRAEL J. FLAGG, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs devisees, grantees or other claimants; are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
