NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-008617 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, wherein RAPALLO VILLAS TWO ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERVICES 2006-OR1 TRUST, WITHOUT RECOURSE, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Fla. Stat. 45 at 9:00 am, on the 4 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 20-101, Rapallo Villas Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 4574 Page 1791, as may be amended from time to time, public records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
