NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 8, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-004992 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 118, San Remo At Palmira, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 74, Pages 58 through 68, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
