NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059002, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for certificateholders of alternative loan trust 2003-12, mortgage pass through certificates series 2003-12is Plaintiff and adrian dominguez; midalys dominguez; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said UNKNOWN parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe and; jane doe as unknown tenants in possession; suntrust bank; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9 day of April, 2012, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following .described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 1113, CAPE CORAL UNIT 16, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 77 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
