NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, those certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Lot 28, ALICO COMMERCE PARK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Pages 11 through 13, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Using the following method at: At the 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, at the courthouse located at 2075 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Lee County in Fort Myers, Florida 33901 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
