NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-066950 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc, successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc, is Plaintiff, and JAMES P. HUTCHINSON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2nd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lots 35 and 36, Block 1715, cape coral unit 44, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 21, Pages 104 through 112, inclusive.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
