NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale filed March 8, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-052520 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee, in trust for the registered holders of argent securities, inc., asset backed pass-through certificates, series 2005-w4, is the Plaintiff and margaret v. martin; edzer dextra;; citi financial equity services, inc; unknown tenant #1; stoneybrook at gateway master association, inc. are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on April 9, 2102, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK A, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
