NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 12 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-053438, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and HOLLY SMITH, FOXMOOR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOLLY SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises by deed of Lesley Robinson, a single woman, ind. & as tr. of the Georgia M. MaGee Amended and Restated Trust to Holly Smith, a single Woman, dated 10/04/2004 and recorded with the Lee County Clerk of Court at Record Book 4469, Page 588.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
