LOTS 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 AND 46, BLOCK 5457, UNIT 90, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 12-29, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
