ALTERNATIVE LOANTRUST 2006-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and RICARDO ROBLES, CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC, CONSTANCE ROBLES and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
