NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure Filed February 26, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Filed March 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-51973 (I) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein aurora loan services, LLC, Plaintiff, and CHERYL D. CASERIO; HEATHERWOOD LAKES PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 13 day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 7040, HEATHERWOOD LAKES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 20 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
