and commonly known as: 14027 and 14065 Pacosin Court, Bokeelia, Florida, 33922; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online sale at the Lee County auction website at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on April 12, 2012, at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
