Taylor a/k/a Kenneth Taylor and Teresita D. Taylor a/k/a Teresita Taylor, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, July 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21, IN BLOCK 4, OF DANIELS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, AT PAGE 59 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
