NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 16, 2012 and entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-5712 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 98, EMERSON SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE(S) 40 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
