Statute Chapter 45 that certain property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Units 216A and 216B of Pine Haven Plaza Condominium, an Office Condominium, Phase II according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1771, Page 635 through 697, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements (the “Property”).
