NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 16, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-053153 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association, Plaintiff, and MARK A. GUDELSKI, CHARISSE A. GUDELSKI, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1N/K/A ALLEEN GIBBS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 161, UNIT 30, SOUTHWOOD, SECTIONS 07 AND 08, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
