The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 9, PLAT OF UNIT 2, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 20-36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
