NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 12, 2012 and entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-006422 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT #1, of THE LEXINGTON CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in O.R. Book 1709, Pages 722 through 761, inclusive, and all amendments thereto in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with all of the appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration, including but not limited to an undivided 1/16th interest in all common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
