Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-3, Plaintiff and Nicholas Bentley and Sandra Bentley, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, Beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, April 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 40, block 8026, sandoval - phase 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat instrument no. 2005000167039, of the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
