NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered March 14, 2012, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Dartmouth Building Unit 404 from the condominium plat of FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 302, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 94, 95 and 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed July 27, 1973, in O.R. Book 4058, Page 1419, as Clerk's Instrument No. 73-102220, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and designated carport numbered 26 at the condo complex.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of April, 2012.
