Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 9, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 1 and that particular strip of land lying and abutting the Westerly side of Lot 1, between the extended lot lines of said Lot the same being in size about 54.72 feet by 53.7 feet by 66.15 feet by 54.89 feet; shown as a part of that portion of Sunset Avenue from the North right-of-way line of 75th Avenue; extended Westerly to the West right-of-way line of Sunset Avenue to the South right-of-way line of 76th Avenue extended Westerly to the West right-of-way of Sunset Avenue; all in Block 71, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lots 6 and 7, Block 71, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Lot 4, Block 58, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

That certain tract of land being a portion of Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida more particularly described as follows:
The Northwesterly 220 feet of the unsubdivided Tract lying Southwesterly of Blocks 45, 57 and 58, REPLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, said strip of land lying between the Southwesterly line of Seventh Street (also known as Sunset Avenue) and the waters of Blind Pass bounded on its Northwesterly side by the South line of Carolina Avenue (also known as 75th Avenue) and said line extended to the waters of Blind Pass, lying in Government Lot 5, Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 15 East.
OVERALL PARCEL of Said Parcels 3 and 4 being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 58, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUBDIVISION, according to Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with that portion of Section 36, Township 31 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, lying West of the West Right-of-Way line of Sunset Way, South of the South Right-of-Way line of 75th Avenue, North of the North Right-of-Way line of 74th Avenue and East of Blind Pass.
And
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 58, RE-PLAT OF ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUB-DIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 28 and 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on April 18, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., via electronic sale via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
