NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004320 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and WAYNE S. RODDY; DANIELLE FOX; SYNOVUS BANK; AWN TECH, INC.; GOLF LAKE CONDOMINIUM V AT EAST BAY ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA; GOLF LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on April 4, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 5102, GOLF LAKE CONDOMINIUM V AT EAST BAY, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 152, Pages 72 through 78, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16086, page 1703, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
