NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated March 6, 2012, entered in Case No. 522011CA008861XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Rick Lovern a/k/a Ricky Lovern, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M., on April 20, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4, WESTMINSTER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
