NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-021659-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-OPT5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT5, Plaintiff and Scott Walby and Lisa Walby, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, GOLDEN GROVES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 8; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
