NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-007604-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for TBW Mortgage-Backed Trust Series 2006-3, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3, Plaintiff and Melba Scholz are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, COLONIAL VILLAGE, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
