NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08012482CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21, is Plaintiff, and LAURA TAVAREZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK C, CORAL HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 71, 72 AND 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
