NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07011289CI , of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff and LISA BROOKE RIECKEN; ROBERT ALAN HEIDENCREICH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 10th day of April, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK G, MILES PINES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 59 & 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
