NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2221-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MORNINGSIDE EAST, INC., is Plaintiff, and RONALD NUZZO and TRACY L. NUZZO are Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 27, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 16 IN BUILDING H, OF MORNINGSIDE EAST III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4919, PAGE 1671 THROUGH 1724, AS AMENDED, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
