BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Robert J. Jones, who deposes and says:
I am the Affiant, ROBERT J. JONES, Esquire, in my representative capacity as Personal Representative for the Estate of Brian Skelly, deceased, now proceeding in Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Court case no. 08-7537-ES-004:
1. My name is Robert J. Jones. I am an attorney and Personal Representative of the above-styled estate.
2. I have personal knowledge of all the facts stated in these paragraphs.
3. There is no estate tax due and payable by this estate to either the Florida Department of Revenue or the Internal Revenue Service for the reason that the assets of the estate are insufficient to be taxed under Florida or federal law.
4. I have reached this conclusion upon research conducted by myself of the applicable laws.
