YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Parcel Unit 1811, BAYWAY ISLES-POINT BRITTANY SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 42 through 44, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4220, Pages 507 through 602, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. the street address of which is: 4900 Brittany Drive S., #1811 St. Petersburg, FL 33715.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: ASTRID GUARDADO, ESQ. (RM) Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: BECKER & POLIAKOFF, P.A. Park Place 311 Park Place Boulevard Suite 250 Clearwater, FL 33759 on or before April 23, 2012, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
