NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered on March 6, 2012, in Case No. 09-15679-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Candice Crawford, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 20th day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 7, PALMETTO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
