NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 29, 2012, in Case No. 10-13785CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Ok Kyung Kim, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 312-S, OF SUNSET VISTAS CONDO HOTEL ON THE GULF, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 141, PAGES 99 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15082, PAGE 2616, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
