Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-10121-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 401, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BACOPA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 117, PAGES 35 THROUGH 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
RECORDED FEBRUARY 1, 1996 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9234, PAGES 2061 THROUGH 2130, AND AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE III, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9584, PAGE 377, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on April 20, 2012. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
