NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of February, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015037, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and REGINA M. GALLAS A/K/A REGINA MARIE GALLAS A/K/A REGINA MARIE LOCKE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; NICHOLE K. TUCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICHOLE K. TUCKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REGINA M. GALLAS A/K/A REGINA MARIE GALLAS A/K/A REGINA MARIE LOCKE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of April, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, GOLFWOODS SECOND ADDITION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, AT PAGES 38 AND 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
