NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-014106, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BARRY MICHEAL MISHALL A/K/A BARRY M. MISHALL; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; MARINERS PASS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAROL J. MISHALL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
