NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 07-009203 CI DIV 19, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GLENN G. FRAZIER; BRUCE HENLEY; Anton Frazier; Lee Ann Boehne; Joy Frazier; Joanna Frazier; Rebecca Cox; AMERICAN GENERAL FINANCIAL SERVICES OF AMERICA, INC.; REDINGTON TOWERS NO. 1, INC.; REDINGTON TOWERS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 1: APARTMENT NO. 12C, BUILDING NO. 1, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF REDINGTON TOWERS NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 88 THROUGH 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 19, 1980 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5078, PAGES 364 THROUGH 460, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION END CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
PARCEL NO. 2:
AN UNDIVIDED 1/426TH INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTIES:
1. THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON EXHIBIT “B” OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED AS “RECREATION UNIT”.
2. THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON EXHIBIT “B” OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DESIGNATED AND DESCRIBED AS “BEACH PROPERTY”.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
