NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 29, 2012, in Case Number 10-017761-CI-007 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 8, Countryside Key, Unit Three, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 81, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. (the “Property”).
Together with (i) all buildings, improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunder appertaining, as far as they may now or hereafter during the term of this indenture belong to or be used in connection with the occupancy of any building existing or to be constructed on such Property; (ii) all fixtures, equipment and accessions and attachments thereto now or hereafter attached or used in connection with the operation of such Property, and all replacements, additions, and betterments to or of any of the foregoing: (iii) all rights in now existing and hereafter arising easements, rights of way, rights of access, water rights and courses, sewer rights and other rights appertaining thereto; (iv) all as-extracted collateral including without limitation all gas, oil and mineral rights of every nature and kind, all timber to be cut and all other rights appertaining thereto; and (v) all leases, rents and profits therefrom.
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of April, 2012.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
