NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Final Judgment of Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 22nd day of February A.D., 2012, in the cause wherein John Goddard & Associates, Inc., dba Mobile Manor Mobile Home Park, was plaintiff, Richard Carum, Pauline Elizabeth Ward and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally were defendants, being Case No. 11-11580-CO-54 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above-named defendants, Pauline Elizabeth Ward and Richard L. Carum as lienholder aka Richard Carum in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1973 TROP, Model: Jameson 60-2-FRB house trailer, single-side, Unknown color, 56' long, with, Title# 13390922, VIN# 2631 and all furniture, fixtures, furnishings, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant, as well as sheds, awnings and carports located at 3503 58th Ave. N., Lot 51, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 24th day of April A.D., 2012, at 3503 58th Ave. N., Lot 51, in the city of St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of the defendants, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Final Judgment of Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien.
