BOOK 5571, PAGES 1309 THROUGH 1411, AND RERECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 5643, PAGES 1217 THROUGH 1319, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
