Notice is hereby given of your default in the terms of the Land Lease under which you hold a leasehold in the property described as:
Apartment 4, Building 1, of East Bay County Club Condominium Apartments, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 18 and 19, Recorded in O.R. Book 4280, Page 651, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
The street address of which is 4 Country Club Drive, Largo, Florida 33771.
You are in default under the lease for failure to make land lease payments due from May 1, 2011 through the present date in the amount of $52.00 per month for a total sum of $572.00, together with any sums that become subsequently due. Your failure to pay all sums due within ten (10) days of the last publication will result in termination of your lease. This will cancel and eliminate your ownership of the above-described property.
This Notice Is being published once a week for two consecutive weeks.
