NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522009CA015020XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARY CANO, DECEASED; DINA THOMSON; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; GULF BELLEAIR BEACH CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NUMBER 323, OF GULF BEACH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 71, 72 AND 73, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4049, PAGE 747, AS AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
