NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a First Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 11-002545-CI-020 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HERITAGE BANK OF FLORIDA is the Plaintiff, and JOHN B. MARINO and NITA MARINO as tenant-in-possession, are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on May 1, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the First Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Condominium Parcel; Unit 118, Building 300, WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 300 CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 34 to 47, inclusive, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 118 and 119, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4075, Page 1627; and amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 4131, Page 267 and O.R. Book 6271, Page 1611, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, assessments, and possible liens, terms and other provisions of Declaration of Condominium as amended.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
