NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09004277CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3, is Plaintiff, and RANDALL SWANSON, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 5, LAKESIDE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE(S) 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2155 17TH TER., SW, LARGO, FL 33774
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
