NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-010341 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWABS,INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-23, Plaintiff, and, ELIZABETH DRUMM, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 10 AM, on the 30TH day of April 2012, the following described property:
LOT 311, BRIGHTWATERS SECTION 2 OF SNELL ISLE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
