Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3/5/2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-3899 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein WOODMAND GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MANNY GOLDMAN; LYUBOV GOLDMAN A/K/A LYUBOV YESILEVICH, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B-10, Woodland Green, A condominium (F.K.A. Woodland Green II), a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1292, Page 637, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium book 19, Page 131, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 6211 Timber Lake Drive, B-10 Sarasota, FL 34243.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
