NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008903 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Douglas R. Bloomer a/k/a Doug R. Bloomer a/k/a Doug Bloomer and Danette Kay Bloomer a/k/a Danette Bloomer are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 8, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
