NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resceduling Foreclosure Sale dated FEBRUARY 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 000035 (D), of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and VICTORIA L. DUBE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA L. DUBE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MANATEE COUNTY; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TWP 35 SOUTH, RGE 18 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREES 22 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST ALON SAID QUARTER, QUARTER LINE, A DISTANCE OF 1564.91 FOR A P.O.B; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 1 DEGREES 22 MINUTES 20 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 170.33; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 29884; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 13 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 170.31; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 48 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 301.77 TO THE P.O. B, BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 10, TWP 35 SOUTH, RGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND CONTINING 1.17 ACRES, LESS THE WESTERLY 33 AND THE SOUTHERLY 25 FOR ROAD R/W. ALSO KNOWN AS PART OF LOT 35, DUDE RANCH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
