NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 1, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006941 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and STEVE A. SHULSE A/K/A STEVEN A. SHULSE, BONNY SHULSE, UNIVERSITY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC., and COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
