OF SAID CURVE; THENCE NORTH 60 DEGREES 02' 57” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 70.44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 29 DEGREES 57' 03” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 871.20 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 60 DEGREES 02' 57” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 250.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 29 DEGREES 57' 03” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 889.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. (TRACT 20).
